Your booking got cancelled

Unfortunately, your booking could not be completed and has been cancelled. No payment has been taken.

This can happen for a few common reasons:

  • The payment was declined by your bank or card provider
  • The payment process was interrupted or timed out
  • Incorrect or incomplete payment details were entered
  • The booking availability changed before the payment was confirmed
  • The payment was manually cancelled before completion
